Returns and Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the animal is received. If the animal is undeliverable due to location or weather conditions that make shipping unsafe, you will be contacted to arrange an alternate delivery option or cancel your order.

Shipping Policy

Animals are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight on Tuesdays and will arrive on Wednesday.

Shipping Fee:

Juvenile & Hatchlings: $80 each

Sub-Adults and Adults: $100

Animals can only be shipped within the continental United States. Someone must be present to receive the shipment. Upon delivery, promptly open the package to ensure that the animal is in good health and move it to an appropriate enclosure. Always video record the unboxing of any live animal delivery.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any sales unless the animal is dead on arrival. We require video proof of DOA within 2 hours of delivery. In the event that your animal is DOA, please contact us for a replacement of equal or lesser value.

We follow shipyoureptiles.com shipping procedures and requirements. Animals may only be shipped if the temperature is between 40F and 90F at the point of origin and the destination. If the animal is undeliverable due to location or weather conditions that make shipping unsafe, you will be contacted to arrange an alternate delivery option or cancel your order.
